 Mark Verstegen, one of the world’s most innovative human performance experts, pioneered the concept of integrated performance training, which he’s brought to the world’s top athletes, teams, the United States military, and over thirty Fortune 100 companies. As the president and founder of EXOS, he leads more than 3,400 employees at 400 locations. He is also the author of six books, including Every Day Is Game Day (2014), and has served as the Performance Director for the NFL Players Association for over 20 years.
