At Northwell Health, Dr. Molmenti established the adult (2007) and pediatric (2016) kidney transplant programs, and founded the multi-disciplinary Division of Surgical Innovation across 24 hospitals, of which he is System Chief (2019). Northwell Health, in collaboration with i360medical, invested $2.5 million in the development of one of his surgical devices (2019). 

Dr. Molmenti is a named inventor/co-inventor in multiple patents/patent applications.
